Read our new paper in FASEB J, entitled: Comparing Soy and Milk Protein Regulation of Hepatic Omega-3 Fatty Acid Biosynthesis. In this study, Melissa showed that soy protein does not seemingly impair liver EPA and DHA synthesis compared to dairy protein at both the transcriptional and functional levels.
