The laboratory of Dr. David M Mutch is located in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph. Our research group investigates how diet and genetics influence lipid metabolism in health and disease, with a specific focus on the role of omega-3 fats on adipose tissue biology. The overarching goal of our research is to improve metabolic health through precision nutrition.
